Construction Methods

Post-Frame- An Efficient building method composed primarily of posts/columns girt, s trusses, and purlins.
Benefit: Year round construction and no need for concrete.
Ladder-Frame- It uses panels that are made of framing consisting of 2-ply 2x4 or 2x6 verticals at 4’ on center with horizontal shelf girts.
Benefit: It is prepared for Interior Finishes.
Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings- The frame of the building consists of ridged steel members for structural support and is typically finished with a commercial grade steel panel. It is typically applied to Commercial and Industrial facilities.
Benefit: It may be used for wide and tall buildings with clear spans.
